Shana Cloer, MS, CYT-500
Experienced Integrative Wellness Guide & CYT 500 Yoga Teacher
With over 500 hours of advanced training and 30+ years of firsthand experience, I am dedicated to helping people of all ages move better and feel better. My goal is to make wellness accessible, effective, and inviting for everybody.
My Integrative approach means looking at the whole picture of health, combining different modalities according to your needs and specialized interests. Utilizing complementary services, all offerings are appropriate with traditional Western medicine and Holistic Practices. Choices for your sessions can include somatic movement, traditional yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, reflexology, traditional counseling techniques and practices for both neurotypical and neurodivergent populations. I offer a toolkit designed to recharge your energy and clear your mind. I believe that wellness isn’t "one size fits all," and I am here to help you find the right rhythm for your personal journey.
With over 30 years of experience, I offer integrative counseling that bridges traditional psychotherapy, somatic practices, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Reality Therapy. My clinical background spans private practice, school settings, and Level 4 acute inpatient psychiatric care, providing specialized support both in-person and remotely. Throughout my career, I have worked across the entire lifespan—from infancy to older adults (ages 3 months to 90 years)—partnering with neurotypical individuals, neurodivergent clients, and special needs populations to foster resilience, emotional regulation, and meaningful growth.
